Store Help

This page explains how to navigate our store and place orders.

Home Page:

If you are on the home page of our store, you will see our logo at the top followed by information regarding the items in our store.

All pages will have a button bar down the side of the page. You can always get back to the home page of the store by clicking on Store Home button at the top of the button bar.

How To Find Something:

From each page of the store, there are three ways to find what you want:

Direct Links: You can access other areas of the store by clicking on the appropriate button on the button bar. For example, by clicking the button titled, “Crane Cams-Home”, that will take you to our main web site. You will also find links for store information and store policies.

Index: Select the Index button to reach an alphabetical index for our store.

Search: Select the Search button, then enter the word or words you are looking for.

How To Buy:

Buying through our store is easy and secure. See our Security Policy. You don’t have to fill out a registration form to order.

For every item, there will be an “Add to Cart” button. This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying the item. After you put an item in your shopping basket, you can place the order immediately, or continue shopping. You can add as many items as you want.

When you’re finished and ready to place the order, you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking on the “Show Order” button.

Problems Ordering?

If you click on the “Show Order” button or when you add an item to your shopping basket and it comes up empty, you probably have cookies turned off. If this happens see our statement about Cookies.

If you click on the “Show Order” button and get no response, it is probably because you can’t connect securely to our server.

As a test, try going to www.microsoft.com and, if you can’t connect securely to Microsoft either, then you may have a very old browser, in which case you should upgrade or you may be behind a corporate firewall that won’t allow secure connections. In that case, you can order from home or ask your network administrator how to order from your location.
